This is a novel, not especially well written but interesting because it tells, in a fairly matter-of-fact way, the story of a woman whose partner dies, and who then relocates to another city for her work as an educational presenter to large groups. Although she doesn’t think she will meet someone else that she can love, she has to work fairly closely with someone whom at first she doesn’t understand at all. It is fairly obvious what will happen, but the book might be of interest to those who wonder how life is for lesbians. Situated in USA, the book is probably different from one that might be written about the same scene in Australia, but such books aren’t easily found.
