Newcastle and the Hunter Region

New members are always welcome to join this group which meets every third Sunday from 4- 6pm. A meal is shared afterwards for those who can stay. The group discussions are lively and informative, using material from the Eremos magazine or an extract from a book. Freedom of thought, expression of our spirituality (whatever that may be) and the sharing of our personal faith journeys is encouraged. All are welcome and accepted. Current discussion focus: Marcus Borg’s, The Heart of Christianity.

Southern Sydney

We meet monthly on the 3rd Saturdays
Next meeting is on April 29th (so we miss Anzac and Easter.)
We are currently studying Ros Bradley’s book  A matter of life and death.
We have invited Ros Bradley to come and join us for the May meeting so we can hear from the author. This date will be May 20th.
If anyone is interested to come for this we can accommodate visitors.
Our group is usually 10 women and 2 men. Very friendly and vital discussions take place.

This group meets for discussion on the second Saturday of each month ( except January ) usually at Beecroft, from 2 pm to 4 pm followed by informal fellowship over afternoon tea. Since February 2017 we have been discussing a book by Tim Costello.. “Faith  — Embracing life in all its uncertainty “.

Mornington Peninsula, VIC

Meets: 9:30-11:30 2nd Tuesday of the month
Discussion Focus: The words of Pope John XXIII – “We are an Easter people and Alleluia is our name”
 

Discussion arising from the words of Pope John XXIII – “We are an Easter people and Alleluia is our name”. Looking at how we find/make/live more joy in the life of the Church. Each of the 3 sessions will have a unique focus under the main theme  and we are currently considering relevant Scriptures etc.  Our format continues to be - meet at 9.30am – 11.30am commencing with morning tea, followed by discussion at 10am and concluding with Circle of Care Prayer (opportunity to light a candle) and Meditation at 11am.

Meets 4.00 - 5.30pm, 1st Sunday of the month

The Central Coast group meets on the 1st Sunday of the month from 4.00 to 5.30pm at Narara. Our discussions are always interesting and usually begin around articles in the Eremos magazine.  New members are most welcome to join.
