Follow up to Br David Steindl-Rast's tour of Australia

Eremos was proud to support and promote the recent three week tour of Australia by Brother David Steindl-Rast, Benedictine monk and spiritual authority.

Br David gave 11 presentations to more than 1000 people on the topics of Gratefulness, Prayer, Community, Contemplation, Spiritual Practices and Christian Faith in a New Millennium.

He visited 8 cities - Brisbane, Rockhampton, Mackay, Newcastle, Sydney, Adelaide, Alice Springs and Perth.

Br David and his travelling companion, Anthony Chavez (the grandson of United Farmworkers Union founder in the USA, Cesar Chavez) both recorded interviews while in Australia for ABC Radio National.
