Upcoming Retreats

Taking time for yourself, to slow down, to reconnect, to be with others who wish to do the same, to connect with God, to reflect on who I am and whose I am…. These are the many reasons people attend Eremos retreats. Since our beginning in 1983, retreats have been an essential activity of the Eremos Institute in Sydney. 

All our retreats include some input, time on your own for reflection, sharing in small group and communal prayer. The size of the group is never more than 24 and often about 10 people. New people are always most welcome.

  • Weekend Retreat - Wentworth Falls: 31 Oct - 2 Nov
  • One-day Retreat 'Sacred Eyes' - Yaarandoo: 9 August

    Saturday 9 August 10am–4pm at Yaarandoo (Fiddletown, Near Galston).

    How do we see the world? Do we see this as a transforming time in history and how does my individual life fit in with humanity’s story? Explore the new heaven and a new earth through meditation, prayer, activites and community.

    Cost: Members $55 / non members $60. Includes morning tea and lunch. Concessions for students and low income available.
