The Intensive Journal method developed by Ira Progoff combines keeping a journal, with a structured format that enables you to get to know the inner core of your life on an ever-deeper level. It empowers you to gain a fuller perspective of your life and unlock hidden creative potential.
The Intensive Journal® Program can help you to:
- Gain greater self-awareness and self-confidence
- Work out career directions and major decisions
- Live more authentically, connected to your deepest values and aspirations
- Develop skills and practices to reflect on all aspects of your life
The workshop will be led by Kate Scholl and is hosted by Eremos.

Registration
Cost: $170, or $150 for Eremos members; Bookings still open for people who have done a workshop previously and have the Intensive Journal workbook.
$15 discount for previous Life Context workshop participants who have an Intensive Journal workbook.

Participants will attend the workshop via Zoom from their own location. Workshop materials have been posted to new participants.
This workshop is only open to people who will be in Australia at the time of the workshop. Asia Pacific residents may be able to attend with an additional fee and must register no later than 20 August. Please enquire of events@eremos.org.au
What is needed to do this workshop online?
For the duration of the workshop participants need to be online with a stable internet connection using a tablet or computer. Also needed is a quiet uninterrupted space with a desk or table for writing in your Journal. No previous experience with journal writing is needed.
A registered Intensive Journal workbook tab set and writing paper is posted to registrants ahead of the workshop. You will need to provide a 3 ring binder and pen. Office Works sells 3 ring binders. If you want to use a 2 ring binder you can convert the workbook tabs with your two hole punch.
