Depth Contact (Part 2) Workshop

The Life Context Intensive Journal Workshop is a prerequisite for this workshop.

Workshop Times: Saturday and Sunday 23 and 24 April 2022

10:00 – 5:30 each day AEST

led by Kate Scholl

This workshop builds on the Life Context Intensive Journal® workshop developed by Ira Progoff, which is a prerequisite. It introduces new methods for exploring dreams and images, experiences of significant connection, ultimate concerns of our life, and events which have shaped us. This workshop provides a progressively deepening atmosphere and introduces new techniques and exercises to clarify personal experience of meaning and the development of symbolic images will lead to greater self understanding and insight. Focusing on inner development, the Progoff method provides an integrated system for connecting with the true self.

Completing this workshop provides access to the complete range of the methods of the Intensive Journal® that enables a unifying and transformative process for living our lives with depth and meaning.

The Intensive Journal combines one of the oldest methods of self-exploration, keeping a journal, with a structured format that enables you to get to know the inner core of your life on an ever-deeper level. It empowers you to gain a fuller perspective of your life and unlock hidden creative potential.
