This workshop introduces the Intensive Journal® process, a practical tool to explore our inner stirrings and to move forward more grounded in our own life. The Intensive Journal®, developed by Ira Progoff, combines one of the oldest methods of self-exploration, keeping a journal, with a structured format that enables you to get to know the inner core of your life on an ever-deeper level. It empowers you to gain a fuller perspective of your life and unlock hidden creative potential. The Intensive Journal® Program can help you to:
No previous journal writing experience is required. When Friday and Saturday 17- 18 February (hosted by St John’s Anglican Church) 9:30am-5pm (AEST) Both days. Venue: St John the Baptist Parish, Maheno Room, 171 Oxford Street, Bulimba QLD The Maheno room is a comfortable and spacious venue and accessible by public transport. Low cost car parking will be available for workshop participants, or parking on street is also an option. All materials, morning tea and afternoon tea provided. Bring your lunch (or purchase nearby) and a 3 ring binder. $180 or $160 Early Bird (booked by 29 January) $20 less for Eremos Members and members of St John's Anglican Church. $20 discount for previous participants who have an Intensive Journal workbook or people who have attended an Introductory workshop in the past 12 months.
