The Intensive Journal Method is an integrated system using writing exercises in a setting of privacy and quiet.

More than "journal writing", the method is based upon principles of psychology, providing unique approaches to develop one's life.

This new module offers a brief introduction to the work of Dr Ira Progoff and the key principles for using the Intensive Journal method. Participants will experience a few of the exercises that are part of the 2 day workshop. It’s designed to give people a taste of this process and help you decide if you would like to participate in a full workshop. To put it simply, we let the Intensive Journal method speak for itself directly to your life.

$20 of the registration fee paid for the introductory session will be deducted from the registration fee for a Life Context workshop if registering within 12 months of completing the introduction.

Fee: $40. $30 Early Bird if booked by 1 July 2023.

A note on fees:

We welcome people of all backgrounds and life circumstances. We are able to offer reduced fees on all our events and retreats for those who would otherwise be excluded from attending. Please email events@eremos.org.au to discuss this option.
