This workshop is offered in collaboration with St Andrew's Uniting Church, Glenbrook.

Workshop dates are 

Friday and Saturday 19 - 20 April 

9:30 am-5 pm both days 

St Andrew's Uniting Church,  7 Green Street, Glenbrook  

The church is a short walk from Glenbrook station and there is street parking available. 

What would you like your life to be?

The Intensive Journal method developed by Ira Progoff combines keeping a journal, with a structured format that enables you to get to know the inner core of your life on an ever-deeper level. It empowers you to gain a fuller perspective of your life and unlock hidden creative potential.

The Intensive Journal® Program can help you to:

  • Gain greater self-awareness and self-confidence
  • Work out career directions and major decisions
  • Live more authentically, connected to your deepest values and aspirations
  • Develop skills and practices to reflect on all aspects of your life

No previous journal writing experience is required to participate in this workshop.

Cost:  $180 or $160 for Eremos and Glenbrook and Blue Mountains UCA members. 

Bookings close  6 pm on 18 April.

$20 discount for previous participants who have the Intensive Journal workbook or people who have attended an Introductory workshop in the past 12 months.
