What would you like your life to be?

The Intensive Journal method developed by Ira Progoff combines keeping a journal, with a structured format that enables you to get to know the inner core of your life on an ever-deeper level. It empowers you to gain a fuller perspective of your life and unlock hidden creative potential.

The Intensive Journal® Program can help you to:

  • Gain greater self-awareness and self-confidence
  • Work out career directions and major decisions
  • Live more authentically, connected to your deepest values and aspirations
  • Develop skills and practices to reflect on all aspects of your life

No previous journal writing experience is required to participate in this workshop.

Travelling by train:

A local resident advises that you ignore the Google maps route from Glenbrook Railway station walking to the church. A simpler route is to get off the train and come up the stairs or use the lift  to street level and you're in Burfitt Parade, cross over the road to Ross St, walk up Ross St right into Park St and round the corner to the church.
