Participants will be gently led by Kate in a few of the exercises that are part of the 2 day workshop. It’s designed to give people a taste of this process and help you decide if you would like to participate in a full workshop.

$20 of the registration fee paid for the introductory session will be deducted from the registration fee for a Life Context workshop if you register within 12 months of completing the introduction.
