Online Life Context Workshop (Part 1)  

Often we desire to live more authentically and to feel more connected to our ‘soul’ or ‘spirit’. This workshop introduces the Intensive Journal® process developed by Ira Progoff which is a practical tool to explore our inner stirrings and become more grounded in our own life. No prior experience with journal writing is needed. 

What would you like your life to be?

The Intensive Journal method developed by Ira Progoff combines keeping a journal, with a structured format that enables you to get to know the inner core of your life on an ever-deeper level. It empowers you to gain a fuller perspective of your life and unlock hidden creative potential.

The Intensive Journal® Program can help you to:

• Gain greater self-awareness and self-confidence
• Work out career directions and major decisions
• Live more authentically, connected to your deepest values and aspirations
• Develop skills and practices to reflect on all aspects of your life

No previous journal writing experience is required to participate in this workshop. 

Workshop materials will be posted to new participants prior to the workshop.

Registration Fees:

$180 or $160 for Eremos members. $20 additional fee for International participants to cover additional postage. International Registrations close 24 April.

Additional discounts available: 

• Early bird discount of $20 off all bookings made by 10 April.
• Repeat participant discount of $20 for people who have attended this workshop before.
• Participants who have attended an Introducing the Intensive Journal method session receive a $20 discount. 

Workshop materials will be posted to new participants ahead of the workshop, so early registration is essential. 

Registrations close 29 April for new participants. International Registrations close 24 April.

New participants registering after the 29 April may not receive the workshop materials prior to the workshop, but contact Kate to discuss options at katescholl@eremos.org.au 

Please note that if you are repeating the workshop and have the Intensive Journal workbook, registration after this date is possible. If bookings have closed, contact Kate at katescholl@eremos.org.au
