What would you like your life to be?
The Intensive Journal method developed by Ira Progoff combines keeping a journal, with a structured format that enables you to get to know the inner core of your life on an ever-deeper level. It empowers you to gain a fuller perspective of your life and unlock hidden creative potential.
The Intensive Journal® Program can help you to:
- Gain greater self-awareness and self-confidence
- Work out career directions and major decisions
- Live more authentically, connected to your deepest values and aspirations
- Develop skills and practices to reflect on all aspects of your life
No previous journal writing experience is required to participate in this workshop.

Cost: $180 or $160 for Eremos and Benedictus members. $200/$180 if workshop materials need to be shipped outside of Australia.
Early bird discount of $20 off all bookings made by 20 May. Bookings close 16 June or when workshop is full.
$20 discount for previous participants who have the Intensive Journal workbook.

What is needed to do this workshop online?
For the duration of the workshop participants need to be online with a stable internet connection using a tablet or computer. Also needed is a quiet uninterrupted space with a desk or table for writing in your Journal. No previous experience with journal writing is needed.
A registered Intensive Journal workbook tab set and writing paper is posted to registrants ahead of the workshop. You will need to provide a 3 ring binder and pen. Office Works sells 3 ring binders. If you want to use a 2 ring binder you can convert the workbook tabs with your two hole punch.
