Life Integration Workshop Online
This is Part 3 of the workshop series. The Life Context and Depth Contact Intensive Journal Workshops are prerequisites for this workshop.
Workshop Times: Thursday 24 September 2026 from 1 to 4 pm AEST
then each week for 4 weeks, finishing 15 October.
Dates: 24 September, 1 October, 8 October, 15 October. 1 - 4 pm AEST for the first 2 weeks. 8 and 15th October are AEDT.
Note: We are open to offering an additional alternate time for people unable to make Thursday at 1 pm AEST. Please email Kate directly with your interest in this option at katescholl@eremos.org.au

Experience the cumulative dynamic process created from working with material in one workbook section and how it can lead to entries in other related areas. This progressively deepening process generates an inner momentum and energy as you apply Progoff's non-analytical Journal Feedback techniques. Your workbook becomes an active instrument as you approach situations from different perspectives.
New awareness and growth become possible as you realise connections between diverse areas. You are drawing your unfolding life process forward as you move toward greater wholeness and integration.

- Cost is $170 or $150 for Eremos members. Early bird booking by 1 September $20 less.
- Registrations close 24 September at Noon.

What is needed to do this workshop online?
For the duration of the workshop participants need to be online with a stable internet connection using a tablet or computer. Also needed is a quiet uninterrupted space with a desk or table for writing in your Journal and your Intensive Journal workbook.
