Intensive Journal: Life Context Workshop

Workshop dates are Saturday 29 February 9:30 - 4:30 pm and Sunday 1 March from 9:30 - 4:00 pm.

Woodford is in the Blue Mountains approximately 90 kilometres from Sydney CDB and is accessible by train.

The Intensive Journal®, developed by Ira Progoff, combines one of the oldest methods of self-exploration, keeping a journal, with a structured format that enables you to get to know the inner core of your life on an ever-deeper level. It empowers you to gain a fuller perspective of your life and unlock hidden creative potential.
