Elizabeth writes about their group, ‘We continue to have our monthly dialogue and meditation mornings on the second Tuesday each month and four times a year we hold a Quiet Day. On our last day we had 15 people and it was a splendid time together. Our first Quiet Day this year is on 30th March and the theme is, "Living into Silence and Contemplation". It will be an experiential day with some guidance as to how to meditate, and ways of contemplation, outlining the benefits of such practices. We have a nice variety of Quiet days planned for later in the year also. As always, we would love to have new people join us.’
